Recently our qualified and licensed tradespeople travelled to Brisbane’s southside to the suburb of Calamvale to complete a full roof restoration.
The roof, which was constructed from concrete tile, had been restored by another company 17 years earlier in 2004.

Our full roof restoration of this tile roof in the Brisbane suburb included a high-pressure clean of the surface, some minor repair works such as changing broken tiles, and re-bedding and repointing of ridge capping where needed.
The Products we apply during a Tile Roof Restoration
We also apply products which are developed by trusted Brisbane-based company Globalcote as part of the roof restoration process, including:
- Prepcote which sterilises the roof surface and inhibits the growth of mould and fungi.
- Primecote which seals the surface and promotes maximum adhesion of the membrane coatings.
- Globalcote Roof membranes, Infracote or Elastacote , in the colour of your choice.
This particular client selected Elastacote as their roof coating in the colour Iron Grey, which is equivalent to Colorbond’s shade Ironstone.
Our team also applied the Globalcote’s final protective top coat Clearcote which is designed to boost gloss and colour retention as well as increase UV resistance.
