What a great company JMZ roof restorations are to deal with. Everyone member of staff was courteous and professional. They communicate well and are not afraid to actually call and speak with you in person, a rare thing these days.We are really happy with the whole process, from getting a detailed quote, which we feel is good value, when you consider their service and the work involved, from having the roof repaired and washed ready for the painting, and protective coating, which looks amazing.Will be booking you again when it comes time to have a roof wash done to keep it looking like new. Good old-fashioned customer service is alive and well. Prompt, communications both via email and phone. A quality job produced by a team with some obvious pride in their work. Even though the process causes a bit of a mess at times, my house was left just as clean as before they arrived, and I was visited on both days of work by the owner himself to ensure my satisfaction with the work. We have just had our tiled roof restored and repainted by JMZ. The whole experience was very good. From the initial sales contact to scheduling, supervising, cleaning and painting. All crews we dealt with were professional and polite in doing their work. We are very happy with the final result and would recommend JMZ to anyone wanting their tiled roof restored and painted. They weren't the cheapest but as the old saying goes you generally get what you pay for and in our experience thus far I can say this holds true.

I don’t think I’ve ever come across such a professional company before. Right from the start when I requested a quote to clean and paint our concrete tile roof, the admin staff were friendly and helpful. Shout out to Melody for her help. Then Will came out to advise on the options. He provided an info pack and explained that, as per the Qld law, insurance would be paid to the QBCC. And it was, along with written confirmation from the QBCC. A start date was set for the first day, which was about three months ahead. This was to clean the roof (non toxic procedure), then the following day the roof painting would go ahead. I fully expected that with all the rain the dates would be shifted forward, but no, the job started and completed exactly on those dates, and the guys arrived right on time. Eddie was in charge and was so helpful, friendly and professional. All the young guys employed by JMZ are also to be congratulated on their professionalism and courtesy. At the end, there was no mess lying around, as is usual after tradies have been. They covered all the outdoor furniture to protect it, and even provided spare, fully painted roof tiles as future replacements if needed. I’m so glad that I employed JMZ. They are a local firm, so I am especially pleased to have used them.

We recently had to make a claim on the 10 year warranty, because some of the clear coat after 8.5 years started to break down.I admit I was a little worried because the roof restoration has had some negative publicity.We need not have worried with JMZ they were great to deal with and our warranty claim was verified and within 2 days we were told that our roof would be cleaned and recoated no charge under the 10 year warranty.The office staff and the guys that did th work were fantastic! and the roof looks great( best in the street) I have no hesitation in recommending JMZ to my friends and relatives! thanks JMZ

Our experience with JMZ was extremely positive, professional and smooth. John was great to negotiate with and a fabulous representation of the company from the first moment we met him at the Brisbane Home Show. The ladies running the office operations were all knowledgable, friendly and highly efficient and the roofers themselves were absolute legends! Our job was performed expertly, no dramas, and in a highly professional manner from start to finish. With so many roofers out there, so many companies to choose from and such fierce price competition, we were really comfortable with our decision to go with JMZ from the first moment. Yes, maybe we could've got it all cheaper elsewhere and gone with a lower quality product on our roof, but we didn't want a roofing gang who would simply disappear if there were any issues down the track. We wanted an honest, well-established company, which proudly stands by it's workmanship and products for years. There was immediate customer service follow up to make sure we were 100% happy once the job was finished, which speaks volumes in an industry so flooded with sub-standard operators. Thanks John and all the team. Oh - and they even cleaned up after themselves too! Rock solid company, highly recommended.

On behalf of BL, Arana Hills, I am writing to say how delighted she was with JMZ's professional approach right from the get-go. After she called for a quote, she received a very professional info pack in the mail and began to get concerned about the anticipated quote. However she was pleasantly surprised how they came in under other quotes!Not only that, they went above and beyond by matching the concrete colour to the tiles for the 'pointing', and they replaced tiles that were cracked/broken at no extra charge (BL supplied some spares). To top it off they were punctual and left everything tidy and clean. Added to that she received Member Benefits because JMZ are Lyoness merchants. BL just had to get this word out - well done and thanks SO much!

Had our tiled roof done by JMZ at the beginning of May . We had watched their work on a neighbours roof and commented on what wonderful workmen they were, as we never saw anyone "slacking off" over the two days it took to do the job. We hired them on their referral, and definitely did the right thing. From day one the 1st team cleaned and disinfected our roof and were polite and business like, Day 2 Brendan and his offsider were the same.
