We have staff based across the south-east corner of Queensland so we can service many suburbs, including Cleveland, easily and efficiently.

Our team recently carried out a full roof restoration in the Redland City town to rejuvenate a concrete tile roof, which was about 22-years-old.

As part of this process we replaced broken/cracked tiles, carried out a high-pressure clean of the surface, re-bedded and repointed ridge capping, and applied the high-quality roof membrane Infracote from Globalcote, in the colour gloss graphite.

Our qualified tradesmen can restore tile and metal roofs for residential and commercial properties.

2. How long does a roof restoration take?

If the weather is good, a roof restoration should take two days. On the first day we will clean the surface and perform any repairs. On the second day the surface will be sealed and painted with a quality roof membrane specifically designed for the job.

3. Is JMZ Roof Restorations licensed and insured?

JMZ is covered by comprehensive Public Liability Insurance and we are licensed with the QBCC.

4. Who performs the restoration work?

Our team is made up of qualified roof tilers and painters and all work is done by an experienced team member.
