Replacing Tiles
Our standard procedure during a roof restoration is to replace broken, chipped and cracked ROOF tiles and leave a few spare tiles on site for future use. If Solar Install is planned after your roof has been restored, we are able to provide extra painted spare tiles for an additional cost.
Matching Pointing Colour
This is common procedure on jobs we acquire for a “repair only” basis. To ensure that the pointing of ridge caps blends in with the existing roof colour, we try and match the pointing colour to the best we can giving the best possible finished look to roof repairs.
During a roof restoration, a coloured coating is applied, to the roof surface so it is not we don’t have to match pointing colour as this is not noticeable once fully painted.
