Repairing a Commercial Roof

If a full roof restoration doesn’t fit in with your budget or plans, we offer commercial roof repairs. However, we will always offer the best advice and if we believe a full restoration is required, we will discuss your options with you.


Repairs will rarely interfere with tenants inside the building as the majority of work is carried out externally.

Repairs for tile and terracotta roof surfaces

While repairing a tiled or terracotta roof we will:


  • Replace broken tiles
  • Rebed ridgecaps where required
  • Repoint all ridgecapping
  • Install valley clips (to prevent tiles in roof valley from sliding)
  • Install valley seal (to help prevent leaks in valleys)



Metal Roof Repairs

When repairing a metal roof we will replace roof screws – but where roof sheeting requires replacement a metal roofing company or roof plumber is also needed.



Roof leak repairs

A reported leak issue requires internal inspection to determine or pinpoint the origin of the leak, and depending on the issue may require a plumber for repairs to a metal roof

Whether you undergo repairs or a full restoration, regular roof maintenance is a must to protect your investment, and keep your roof in the best condition possible.


It is important to remember that without regular roof maintenance,  most home and contents insurance companies will not cover damages.
