Well, happy to say none of the above applied to the work that JMZ did at my house. They were professional in their communications before, during and after the job. They delivered exactly what they promised and so far we have not had any issues with the newly painted roof.

JMZ came along, looked at the job and told me that a restoration wouldn't be any problem at all. The finished job was nothing short of immaculate and I was very pleased with the outcome.

I would also like to add that the job was undertaken during one of the wettest weeks Brisbane has had in ages meaning JMZ had to juggle my days around a little because of the rain. During the inconvenient weather conditions the JMZ office staff kept me fully in the loop as to when their roofers and painters would be able to complete.

They even left some spare paint and replacement painted tiles in case of future issue. The work was completed on time and on budget. Prices were competitive for a premium service. There was no high pressure sales talk, and everything was clearly set out in writing so that there were no nasty last minute surprises.

All of their employees were absolutely amazing, hard working and very professional. It was a real pleasure to have them working on our roof, driveway and paths etc. - no bad language, no loud music playing and great care taken to minimise any inconvenience to us.
