Terracotta Roof Tiles are considered the roles royce of roof tiles and are either glazed or unglazed in colours of Orange, Red Orange or Brown.  Terracotta Tiles have capalabilities of being waterproof, fireproof and providing protection against the elements. The problem that is commonly found with Terracotta Roof Tiles is they attract Moss and Lichen which gives the home an ugly appearance and can compromise the strength of the roof tiles.

At JMZ we can restore the look of a Terracotta Tile Roof (providing it is not Glazed) with the application of a Clear Glaze Membrane Coating that will enhance the original look of each tile.  Where a total new look is preferred you can opt for a Colour Membrane Coating from the Globalcote or Colorbond Colour Range of Roof Coatings.
