4 Steps to a Superior Quality Roof Restoration backed by a 10 Year Written Warranty from JMZ:
STEP 1 – Metal Roof Restoration High-Pressure Clean
To comply with Council Regulations, JMZ ensure Gutter Traps are set up prior to commencement of roof restoration work. This measure ensures that dirty water is redirected away from the roadside and does not enter into Storm Water Drains. Any rust affected areas are cleaned and any flaking paint is removed to provide a sound clean surface. All excess dirt, grime, moss, mould/lichen and other contaminates are removed using a high pressure cleaning process at a minimum of 3000psi.
STEP 3 – Metal Roof Restoration Application of First Coat
1st Coat of Globalcote Roof Membrane is applied. Available in a selection of Colours for Standard High Gloss – Elastacote or Heat Reflective Coating – Infracote.
STEP 2 – Metal Roof Restoration Surface Sealed
Rusty Screws are removed where required and spot primed using a metal primer (preceded by a rust converter if rust is present) prior to application of Globalcote Roof Sealer.
STEP 4 – Metal Roof Restoration Application of Second Coat
2nd Coat of Globalcote Roof Membrane is applied. Available in a selection of Colours for Standard High Gloss – Elastacote or Heat Reflective Coating – Infracote.
John and the JMZ Team, Just a quick review to express our thanks for a top quality roof restoration you completed for us back in December. Also a big thank you for organising so quickly to have our gutters painted to match our new roof colour. We would have no hesitation in recommending JMZ in the future.
